No Returns for Digital Products

Gamestowe sells digital access only. As no physical goods are shipped and access is delivered electronically, returns are not applicable.

Once digital access details are delivered, the order is considered completed and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Evaluation Timeline

In rare and exceptional cases where a refund may be considered, requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase. Each request is reviewed manually.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at Gamestowe’s discretion. A refund may be considered if:

  • Digital access was not delivered
  • Incorrect access details were provided and could not be resolved
  • A verified technical error occurred on our side

Refunds will not be issued for user error, incompatibility, misunderstanding of the product, or violation of third-party platform rules.

What if I changed my mind after purchase?

Change of mind, incorrect selection, or lack of compatibility does not qualify for a refund.

What if my account gets restricted or banned?

Gamestowe is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms. Account restrictions or bans do not qualify for refunds.

How long does an approved refund take?

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days.
