Gamestowe sells digital access only. As no physical goods are shipped and access is delivered electronically, returns are not applicable.
Once digital access details are delivered, the order is considered completed and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In rare and exceptional cases where a refund may be considered, requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase. Each request is reviewed manually.
